Katrina Daugherty

Katrina works almost exclusively with our business owner clients to confirm and transfer their business interests to their trusts and make the proper designations to avoid probate. She works closely with our attorneys to form and dissolve business entities and to transfer ownership interests in Ohio and Florida corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. She assists our clients and attorneys in maintaining company record books, preparing minutes and resolutions, and handling legal compliance tasks. Katrina also assists our team with Florida real estate matters, including transfers of Florida properties to align with our clients’ estate planning objectives.
